Your donations will go to:

• Legal reform - changing how child abuse cases are handled in court. For example, not allowing abusers to be present during the child’s testimony (see stand-up page for examples of the absurdities of our judicial system).

• Education programs - providing teachers, parents, and children with lesson plans focused on effectively communicating about child abuse, and arming them with the knowledge necessary to speak up.

• Film production - we have just finished our first short film ‘What Happened To You’ which will be released soon, and are in the process of developing a feature script. The goal is packaging the messages of the foundation into as many mediums as possible, and reaching everyone who can benefit.

• Podcast development - recording equipment, audio engineering, editing - growing the reach and impact of ‘What happened to you?’.

• Development of training programs for effective ways to discuss and handle trauma. One instance we are working on is a Red Flag list - a list of all behaviors that may be linked to abuse, and actions to take to help. Children do not always have the words or ability to articulate what is happening to them, and knowing what signs to watch for can make all the difference in prevention.
